Whacko AVS III
Whacko AVS is back with more complex and unique effects!
Whacko AVS is back with more complex and unique effects! The third in the Whacko AVS series... I've tried to make it even better than the previous two ones, but it's been very hard! Nevertheless you can enjoy a new set of unique presets...A few keywords: even more particle-superscopes, more fun with volumetric lighting, spaced-out plasma effects, trippy smoke-like movements, floating 3D DM's and a little hint to the demo-scene :)

Very solid work... good varietyThis collection has a good feeling of visual depth... nice use of layers that place the viewer in an environment. Good stuff.

Wittens' Hands! - This is the less successful pack from this Master of Math, but not because of this less impressive. - April 18, 2002 by joaquim jardim
What a Math! - Amazing masterpiece pack, especially from a guy who can manage math in this way! By the way, VINCENT MOSTERT do a favor to the world by taking a fuck flyng to the HELL, AND STAY THERE with all the foolish retarded who you really belong to! - April 13, 2002 by Jack Pack
this is a foolish retarded! - you guys a bunch of loosers. did you say it's awesome??he's not good after all, think twice before you say something here. this same gay spreads virus junks like evil. *he's a wolf in sheep clothing*...you've been warned folks! - April 2, 2002 by Vincent Mostert
Hands down! - After this awesome pack out, I published a pack called ONE on which I was tempted to "mimic" but his work is, by far, more solid. Steve, I don't have any meaning to double cross you. You got credits you deserved! - March 28, 2002 by Daniel Joe Tandiman
Cold As Ice - Perfection is what you were looking for and you know you got there. But please, don't forget to put more fun in the so long waited "Whacko AVS IV". - March 27, 2002 by reynaldo paes
Another Strike Back - What should I say? Steven got just a complete control of the avs, by his presets he open a new avs stage. I consider him so advanced that I realized why his work can be easily misunderstood, especially from someone who doesn't know exactly what means creating avs. - February 15, 2002 by Fabrizio Cattaneo
NICE !!!!!!!! - That's what I call style, I loved your previous pack to. Go on this way. Or better if possible. - January 23, 2002 by JEDGpro - SteV
Maths is amazin' - Funny what you can do with some funky co-ord transforms. What can I say but execelent, my only request is for a nice soft one with flowing organic qualities. Peace Zen-X - December 23, 2001 by Zen-X (Liam McLaughlin)
This is what i mean...i think - I dont know how to explain this either but i try my best. I mean that your DM's (What you are known of) are very excellent and the other presets are nice too but you could "invent" somethin more amazing (i know you can!). I dont know how you do those DM's but they look good! I not very good at all in math so i cannot make that kind of DM's. Oh *hit, you cant still understand anything im saying. This is just too hard to explain in English... - December 20, 2001 by AvSM (Antti Ahokas)
Me again with a larger view of that.... - I see your point,SR (can i call ya that way 'cos writhing it all is just too long and YES my english is far from perfect too since i am from BULGARIA!)So about that year...um no actually.DMs have been out for not more than half an year heh.I do not want to create this place made for reviews of a greatpack to a discussion place but since as Steve said the site does not provide reviewer's e-mails (it wud have solved so many problems...).So here goes:everybody has HIS own stile and therefore not everybody's presets are good for parties...and i'd say that stuff from begginer designers has ALWAYS been better for the reason that it usually is faster. And here we come to another of your points-the Editor.Well i will be so happy if it is possible please to make something as a side plug-in just for viewing these presets so that they can work faster...cmon...Now back on the other topic-there always is a moment when you feel you have given everything from your-self and wanna just have a rest of all that AVS crap, believe me.I am sure that we are not dealing with this now,i am just trying to explain why sometimes artists take breaks and why not every pack even from a top artist is not always Top or doesn't bring a revolution in the AVS world.Sorry, but it is just impossible. It's just that there are not that many El-Vises(BTW El stopped with the 3DSS cos DMs were introduced an SS didn't bring enough Beat Detection) or Tonics or Unconeds(the topic of our discussion) or any other that can make a innovation every day...And fun and hobby-these are things that are done by someone in his spare time either to have fun or just rest a little.I think we should go on in the forums from now on.I will just leave my e-mail if someone needs [email protected] and since you offer i would be happy to get some extra money for the presets. No?Then i will be happy just with some people ADMIRING our work.Cyall - December 19, 2001 by JaY FaTBoY
