Over 20 3D demo style effects. DirectX 7 is required, a 3D accelerator is strongly recommended.v3.06 includes a new effect, an option for higher quality meshes (for faster pc's) and the usual complement of bug fixes and tweaks.

Tripex has always been one of the smoother 3d visual plug-ins out there. Very clean graphics and tight configuration interface combine for an excellent visual experience. This is definitely one of those visual plugs that you should have. New version withc ompatability fixes, tweaks, and a new effect.

Amazing :) - I was roomates with Ben when we were in University in London. He started working on tripex in his spare time back in 1997. The development has been hard and painstaking, especially when his email account was filled with 400-500 emails from people who had some kind of malfunction with the plug-in. Tripex3 - The cream of the crop, by far. Best of all, it's beat sensitive, which all visualizations should be. Otherwise, what's the point? Great Plug-In - I think this plug-in ROCKS!!!!!!!! It is well on par with MilkDrop but MilkDrop will always previle imho. The only reason for that is because of one small thing I think you should add to the pug-in and that is to be able to go through the visual's will in the program like with the spacebar or something. Video Work-out - I don't normaly review plugs, but for this one I will. This plug will let you know if your video is great, or you need to upgrade. Best of the Best - This is my first review of a Winamp plugin, and I've been using Winamp (and XMMS) for quite a few years. I've seen the best-of-the-best, and I'm finally getting off my ass to write ya a lil' prescription. The fact is that I've been finally driven to give a review, not to mention, a "four thumbs up" (I've been cloned) in support of this cool plug. If you're lookin' for the "Greatest Hits" of G-Force, Milkdrop, and R2 plus a whole lot more, this is the ticket, my friends. Check it out; you won't be sorry ya did. Finally! - I've always liked tripex ever since it first came out. Only problem was it's limitation to 3DFX and non directx.
