This is a simple avs preset that I made that mimics a colorful snowstorm.
I just made this one because I haven't made avs in a really really long time.
And this is only one of the presets that I have in my "Cool effects pack."

Not terrible, not all that ugly, just average. Why the entire pack wasn't uploaded here is beyond me.
