... a pack that is visually quite bad, technically ok, and somewhat original. The author obviously has some talent (unless he's taking some effects from other authors), and some of the presets are interesting to watch, however, the visual side is (as I said), quite bad in a lot of presets. This could've been a 3.5 if the author paid more attention to that.
