Bouncing Cube - Featured Plugin, December 12, 2002.

Staff review

Dancing blue cube

A funky blue cube that dances and bounces to the music. Very straightforward visual, no configurations available. Overall, it's solid for what it does...but, it could definitely use some more flavor or fx to spice things up a bit.

Simple, but Great Visual entertainer! - Simple, but Great Visual entertainer! I love this one ! 5/5! - April 22, 2005 by Shibu Narendran

New version coming - Hey all! First of all, thanks for downloading my plug-in. I'm glad many of you liked it, and it's fun to recieve feedback. As for the ones who had problems getting it to work properly, I know the plugin behaved differently depending on processor speed, graphics card etc. Because of that, I've made a new version now, that will be released soon. This version also comes with some of the features you have requested, such as full-screen mode, ability to change colors, etc. Hope many of you download the new plugin, and give me feedback on how it works on your systems =) Terje - August 23, 2003 by Terje Wiesener

Nice one! - I love this plugin, but do you think you will release another version that lets you configure it. A full screen function would be cool too. - March 12, 2003 by Andy Walling

Don't Bother - Ehhh, pretty boring. It's a cube...that spins... Granted it reacts well to the music, but it's still just not good enough to keep around. The "preview" picture doesn't come close to what the vis really looks like. As far as bugs, I didn't notice any. Then again, I didn't even keep it on for more than 30 seconds. - March 10, 2003 by ted balder

Good For Nothing Crude! - I'm Sorry, But This Plugin SUCKS! It scrws up my computer and I have had to delete it. - February 15, 2003 by 123 123

hands.. shaking.. cant.. type - DANG.. ok, now i cant even make my own skins.. but i am good with advice... ok dude.. i played good charlotte with this plugin.. i thought i was gonn have a freakin seizure, it was bouncing entirely too fast, im lucky i didnt choke on my own vomit from siezuring.. and it was a slow song.. kudos on makin it cause like i said if i tried it would be insanely horrible, and you have a great idea, but that one part needs to be improved - January 28, 2003 by frank lasalvia

Cool - Cool plug-in, I don't know whats some peoples problem? - January 26, 2003 by Chris Kowalczyk

Good shizzle - Awesome stuff for a first plugin bro! Or a second, even third one for that matter to be honest. The beat jumping is accurate, and it runs nice and smooth all of the time. If you are working on next versions, may i suggest some options such as a resizable window and maybe color change and some misc options? If you're not, forget about it, this plugin is good. Keep it up buddy! - January 26, 2003 by Anton Z

p h a t - aiight, this is how it goes, this thing is phat aiight? dont listen to those ppl sayin it is too fast. . . they be listenin to the wrong kinda music! i have it on right now to mine, and it is perfect! but maybe on the next version you can hook up a speed control to make the others happy. blue is the best colour ever, im happy with it, but yeah have an option to change the colour. . . and re-sizeable like the others said. . . also to have it as a desk top would be real ill! keep up the good work! - January 13, 2003 by Ernie Hilts

Roxx the llamas ass - The very first 3D VU that really moves to the music, i have seen many good looking 3D VU's but you can almost not see that it moves to the music. Well done, Just to bad u can't set it to fullscreen. Well done =) - January 10, 2003 by Hyper Azid

Llama tested, Mother aproved! - This cube realy feels the beat. Like it alot, BUT i would realy like to be able to resize the window. And purhaps change the colour? :-) Good work Terje. - January 10, 2003 by Didge The Man

it's all right - The speed of the cube seems to depend greatly on the genre of music. Those genres with heavier base beats tend to make the cube spin faster; whereas those with little or no base bit barely spin the cube at all. maybe something like cycling color might be a nice touch. - January 8, 2003 by Scott Brown

! - It's nice & fast but is very fast! - January 3, 2003 by Jahangir Nasr

Looks cool - This cube looks cool but it moves too fast, maybe you should work on that. - January 1, 2003 by Homer Simpson

Good start - Nice and nice and a good start on the way to creating visualizations. With more options nice things could begin to happen. - December 30, 2002 by John Baker
