Make sure to disable "options/always on top" function (when not scaring someone ,this makes side-amp more useful), enable it when setting up a scare.





Windows 98 and ME there is a bug in winamp that wont let you see the real font you should be seeing. If your font is not a digital LED font and is a windows default font you might have to download newer version of winamp, or get windows XP!!.

Too Cool - I'm giving this one 4 Stars for functionality, appearence, usefulness and ease of use, color themes could use a bit more work, but there are enough variations for one to be happy with, the Scare theme is a bit on the corny side, but to each their own, I like the entire package also due to the fact it goes with the Battlestar Gallactica wallpaper that I have on my display, that in itself gets another 1/2 star from me..;), Great Job overall. - March 7, 2006 by David Gillaspie

Hmmm - I give it a 3 for Cool look and functionality. Cool concept. One major problem though. The scare function worked when the timer went off but it locked in on the sound and nothing could be done to stop it... I finally had to exit WinAmp and got a script error. - February 3, 2006 by John C

Thumbs down to the Winamp staff... - for giving this extreamly creative skin a meager 3-star rating. Christ, are you people on drugs or something? I mean, how frigging blind does one have to be, in order to not see the originality of this skin? Anyway, much respect to the brilliant creator of the Scare-amp. Who would have thought-up such a concept of including a scare button? Very cool, and very unique. Blows all these other over-hyped, 5-star rated crapper skins clean out of the water. awesome - its really great ralph! but i got a couple of suggestions: 1, you should make the scary faces different each time. 2, you should make a plus hour and minus hour because it is annoying going to ninety nine if i accidently miss the time i want to scare somebody on. other than that, its a great idea and a great overall skin. - September 27, 2003 by Joe Notellin
