A tool to control winamp within a dos box.

This is a tool to control winamp through the command-line of the DOS-Box. I've made it because I wanted to use the play button on my MM-Keyboard in a "CD-Player"-style, ususally winamp just restarted the song if I pressed it.I wrote this prog in delphi. For 0.5 I've used the Winamp frontend/plug-in control API documentation v1.0. [wampmsg.pas] by Carlos Andres Osorio Gonzalez([email protected] | http://www.geocities.com/wplugins), but I've extended it for 0.8, using the frontend.h by Justin Frankel from the WinAmp Homepage, because I've missed some functions.It's not a very comlex or good program but I hope it helps you.It's Freeware. The Zip File includes the Delphi source, too.

Works as advertised - It does its job. i just started using to get my stupid keyboard to work w/ winamp. the only annoyance is a dos box pops, but its not a big deal. - October 15, 2004 by Tim Coker
