Winamp TCP/IP Remote Control

Plugin for winamp control via TCP/IP using crossPlatform interface

This one could really use a readme file or some sort of configuration info. It installs ok and shows up in Winamp; but, there are no instructions on how to use it for remote control over TCP/IP. It would be nice to provide this info rather than have the user guess and try and figure it out.
