Allows to change rating of current track from notification area (system tray)

This plagin allows quickly to change rating of current track from notification area (system tray), that will allow to not switch to window of player.

Small problem. If I change the rating of tracks through this plug, then the application on my desktop becomes inactive. Focus is lost every 30 seconds. If you change the rating through the program, then everything is fine. - January 10, 2010 by Pavel Galkin
