ID3 Tray Rate - stores ratings in the ID3 tag of your mp3 files without needing to have ml installed

Based on Ruzzz' Tray Rate v0.1 Plug-in. If you are using the Winamp media library, you might rather want to install Ruzzz' tray rating plug-in. This version of Tray Rate stores the rating in the id3 tag of the mp3 without the need to even install the media library. You may enable the writeratings option in gen_ml.ini to have the media library also store id3 ratings (feature exists in Winamp 5.6 and later).NOTE: This Plug-in actually changes your MP3 files! Write ratings to MP3 files for older Winamp clients

This is now deprectated by Winamp 5.6 though is useful for those people wanting to store their ratings in MP3 files when rated through the notification area option the plug-in provides. Only really suitable if using an older version of the Winamp client prior to v5.6
