gen_tray Icon replacement by Xel

A little icon replacement in the gen_tray.dll to modern skin icons. Make backup copy of the original file in winamp plugins dir, and copy this dll into it. By Xel

A modified version of the tray icon plugin shipped normally with Winamp. The new icons aren't bad but some of the edges are abrupt but that could be down to using an older Win2k machine.
