Only one thing wrong.... - Good stuff first: I have tried about a dozen different mp3 alarm clocks (most were winamp plugins) and this is the best, hands down. It has not let me down at all-- reliable and solid as a rock, straight forward, and has a logical gui. I love that it docks and when skinned can be made to fit visually seamlessly with the winamp main window and the playlist-- (and other stuff, but what else do you really need?)Ok, so what makes me angry about clockamp? Simply, the fact that typing "alarm clock" or "alarmclock" in the winamp.com search under plugins does not return it as a hit!!! Wtf is with that? I should have herd about this solid plugin years ago!! Honestly, it really does anger me that I had to sift through all the bad reviews of other crummy alarm clocks to see someone recommend this. Works better than the rest - This alarm plug-in works better than any other I've tried. It works great with play lists, radio; the snooze is nice; it may be skinnable, but does not snap to windows with modern skins. - September 18, 2007 by Jim Foldesi

Perfect Alarm/Sleep Clock - This is a very useful plugin who's beauty lies in its simplicity. It works exactly as described and it's totally stable. I've used it daily for a couple years now and I was delighted when it was updated to v2. I've gone as far as making a couple skins for it to match my favorite Winamp Skins. What Just Happened? - Um, I moved the window and it disappeared. Otherwise, for functionality, this is fine; I prefer a more simple alarm clock to a multi-tasking one, just so there's less to mess up when I'm trying to run to finals or an appointment. - December 4, 2006 by Jessica Tok

only one issue - Of all the clock plugings, this one rocks. The only problem I have with it is, when i set the alarm to play a different file than the one that was already loaded when I shut down in hibernate mode (either with Clockamp or manually) it gets all buggy on me. But since I use it as a sleep timer while watching tv (using another winamp plugin) I wake up the the same channel I was watching. Fine by me. There is also a great feature that i think is a bug, if you grab the window and move it around really fast, the window disappears and still functions. The readme file doesn't mention this so that's why I think it is a bug ( but a nice feature, none the less) I would have given it five stars if not for the first bug. Good but it disappers - Whenever I try to drag the plugin window, it just goes away..... It says its still running and everything but the only way I can get it back is to restart WinAmp :-( Why is this and is there anyway to fix it. Other than that, I love it. - March 6, 2005 by Jimbo Jones

One of the best plug ins that I have ever had - Yo I have been using winamp for years now have allways been very happy untill i found this little plugIn I mean this thing help so much I use it everyday to wake the kids up for school.... you set it start winamp before you pass out or set it to auto start for you eather way it is great I Highly recomnd trying this out. First Rate - It does exactly what it is supposed to do - WAKE YOU UP! I like the \"Sleep\" control because not only can you go to sleep listening to your favorite music or radio station, but you when the alarm goes off, you can simply get up and go about your business without having to turn it off... it will turn itself off in the same length of time as you have the Sleep adjustment set. - February 7, 2004 by Tom Cantrell

Good plugin - It's a great plugin! Large display, easy to set and I really like the annoying .WAV file that was added. The looping of the alert sound is good - it'll actually wake you up. On the original skin however, I found it hard to see whether the alarm was armed or not, even using it on a desktop PC (me on laptop mostly). Best Alarm Plug-in ever!!! - Most people ask me why do you use still winamp 2. Well because I use my computer as an alarm to wake up and with winamp 3 that isn't possible (so far as I tried) And there where some lame alarms and 1 good one but I had to pay for it. And that god gave me a sign!!! (most people now think get a life I know) I saw this thing on the web. It looks pretty good ,it's free and the best of all it work on your playlist.
